01Do prices include VAT?
Prices include tax.
02Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Add 4 DNS records and mail arrives on your domain. You can start first and connect later.
03Can I record a meeting?
Yes, local recording is included. Recordings are saved on the recorder's own device, not on our servers.
04Is there a meeting time limit?
No. Rooms stay open as long as you need, up to 100 people in a room.Recordings save to your own device, free. Cloud recording not available yet.
05How do I get started?
Write to support@delusiongroup.com. We help you open the account, connect your domain and pick a plan.
06How do I pay?
By card in the app, through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. It takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and local wallets, and issues the receipt and tax invoice. The plan activates within seconds.
07Can I add people mid-term?
Yes. You pay for the months left in the term, rounded up. The price band is set again when you renew.
08Which terms can I buy?
1 month for teams of 1 to 4, 6 months with 14 days free, 1 year with 1 month free. Bonus time is added after the main term.
09I need a company invoice?
At checkout, enter the company name, tax ID and address.
10Over 100 users?
We send a custom quote. Write to support@delusiongroup.com.
11Can I get a refund?
Refund within 72 hours. Write to support@delusiongroup.com with your order code.
